Be sure to put this date on your calendar- Friday, September 8. Starting at 8 pm, the Pink Floyd tribute band Interstellar Echoes will take the stage on the Town Green in downtown Loganville. This is a free concert to say “thank you” to my 60,000+ friends and supporters who have believed, trusted and encouraged me to serve our communities for the past 11 years- first as a Loganville Council member, then as mayor and now as your state representative.
Interstellar Echoes puts on an amazing light and sound show, so bring your lawn chairs, blankets, family, friends and loved ones, along with drinks and snacks and get ready to have a great time. Johnny Knuckles BBQ and Wine Wagon will be there if you’d like to purchase food and drinks.
And to make the evening even more enjoyable, we’ll be auctioning off a couple of BBQ grills, a $250 Walmart gift card, and many Chick-Fil-A meal cards. All proceeds go the Loganville American Legion Post 223 Riders, and the Loganville Lions Club. They are both great causes, so bring your wallets and get ready to bid.
